Initial Consult
We will offer an initial consult phone call to discuss vacation packages and what is most important to your family in planning this magical vacation.
Package Proposals
We will then present personalized vacation options designed specifically for your family and the experience you’re hoping to create. Each itinerary is thoughtfully curated based on your priorities, travel style, and must-do experiences. Using Tern, our all-in-one planning and communication platform, you’ll be able to review your options, access important trip details, and stay organized throughout the planning process. Of course, we’ll walk you through everything step by step, answer your questions, and help you clearly determine what will work best for your family.
Booking Process
As your vacation planner, we will work with you from the quoting to then booking process. We will assist in the vacation package booking, and work through details while sharing our expert tips and tricks to ensure this is the vacation of your dreams! If you are feeling like you need more assistance, we have planning options to fit every family’s needs.

Whitney did a wonderful job of planning our Christmas Disney World trip! She got every dining, special event, and resort reservation that I requested. She answered all my questions, including on the day of departure. I loved the trip planner to have a hard copy of park hours, reservations, rope drop options, and suggested lightning lanes. It’s so nice to have a Disney lifeline while you’re there! We didn’t have any problems, though! Some of our favorite highlights were dining at Cinderella’s Royal Table and using the Skyliner. Can’t wait to go back!
Thanks to Theresa for making this a wonderful trip. Her expertise in using the new genie app was remarkable. We never waited more than 5 to 10 minutes for any rides allowing us to thoroughly enjoy the experience without wasting time in lines. We also got to experience wonderful dining from breakfast to dinner. The Wilderness Lodge was a perfect resort to relax and have easy access to magic kingdom by boat. I highly recommend PPV. It’s a magical experience.
Kathleen Patten was an incredible planner for our Disney vacation. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. We have a child with significant special needs, and she guided us on how to make the most of his vacation. We got the dining reservations we wanted because of Kathleen’s diligence.
Jen was awesome. Anyone thinks otherwise can take a long walk off a short pier. We were able to expertly navigate a Disney vacation and maximize our time without the add stress. Disney has made numerous changes to how guests navigate the park. Park hours, experiences, and transportation are different from year to year. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What resorts are located on the Monorail?
The 3 resorts located on the Monorail and have easy access to Magic Kingdom are Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
Do the resort rooms have refrigerators?
All Walt Disney World resort rooms have a small refrigerator in the room. Some of the deluxe villa resorts do offer full kitchens that include a full-size refrigerator in the rooms as well.
Can we use the resort amenities on check in/out day before official check in/out times?
YES! You will have access to the resort amenities, dining, and pools as soon as you arrive on check in day and all the way through your departure time on check out day. If your room isn’t quite ready, you are welcome to store your luggage with bell services and enjoy the resort! We often recommend early arrival and later departures so you may enjoy your beautiful resort as much as possible during your stay!
What is the difference between a base ticket and a park hopper ticket?
A base park ticket allows you access to one park each day for the length of your ticket. You may come and go as much as you would like from that same park. To start at Magic Kingdom and then end with dinner in Epcot, you would need to upgrade to a park hopper ticket option so that you may “hop” more than one park in the same day.
How many guests can stay in a resort room?
This answer really depends on the resort you choose to stay at. Walt Disney World Resort accommodations range from rooms for 4 guests all the way up to 12! One fun fact is that you can sleep up to 4 guests + an infant under the age of 3 in most standard resort rooms.
Can we have groceries delivered to us?
Yes! There are many great delivery services and options for you to use. Your PPV Inc. advisor can suggest some great options and provide those contacts during the planning process.
